Thursday will make for another wonderful day on the mountain. There is more snow in the works for us later tonight. It's these constant infusions of natural snow that are keeping the mountain in amazing shape. It'll also warm up a little today ahead of the snow, you know maybe into the high 20s.
Tonight is round number 4 of the Adult Race League Series. It's a blast and one of the best beer league going. There are still open spots on the teams, and we've got classes for all ages, disciplines and genders. Sign up is in ski school. Racing begins at 6 on the Switch Trail.
Today is also college day. Show a student ID and score yourself a $25 lift ticket and free rentals if you need em.
Lifts will spin today from 9-9. Absolutely everything is open, and we've got ourselves the best snow surface of the year going on right now. You've got to get yourself some turns on this stuff before it's gone.
Glades are open, but remember that our Glades are not patrolled and maintained. Lines under the lifts are strictly off limits. Try to exercise common sense, ski and ride within your ability, and NEVER go in alone.
Inside Slocum Hollow, we've got the John Quinn Duo rockin the tunes for 5-9. Just in time for the après scene for the race league.
Tubing will open today at 4pm.
See you on the snow.
